Keiron Lee hits latest career landmark with new NVQ
Lead Driller Keiron Lee, a stalwart of Soil Engineering’s market leading skilled workforce celebrated his 25th year of service with the business in November 2023. Now, barely six months later, we’re delighted to reveal that Keiron has also completed his Level 3 NVQ in Advanced Land Drilling, firmly positioning him at the pinnacle of the sector.
Having been one of the earliest recipients of the Level 2 NVQ, Keiron’s comprehensive experience, training and determination to deliver a quality job made it almost inevitable that he should be a pioneering achiever of the Level 3 qualification within Soil Engineering. Continuously maintaining high standards and his BDA Audit status, and having long held the newly mandatory Asbestos Awareness accreditation, Keiron has also helped mentor many junior Drillers, Junior Engineers (and a few more senior ones too), and provided countless clients with the insight that only years of experience can bring.
While Keiron’s the first of our senior field staff to achieve the Level 3 qualification, we know he won’t be the last, But he’s a role model to all our team with his dedication and determination. Congratulations Keiron.
